Construction Ready is a 10-day course, each day will start at 7:00am and end at 5:00pm. In this course you will receive your Class A CDL Theory Training, OSHA 10 Certification, Confined Space Competent Person, Trenching and Excavation Competent Person, CPR/First Aid Certification, and Erosion/Sediment Control Certification. With the certifications you will also receive training in Heavy Equipment Basics, Damage Prevention/Dig Line Policies, Grades and Device Elevations, Key employee traits, Traffic Control Basics, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution Skills, and Resume Building. On the 10th day of the course, we will host a hiring event with local construction companies.
